- Rest. You lie fully clothed on a warm treatment bed. Gentle hands-on Reiki with crystals and essential oils, adapted entirely to your comfort.
- Integrate. Quiet time to land, oracle guidance if it's called in, and a simple take-home integration pack.
Every session is consent-led and can be adapted for pregnancy, sensitivity, injury or anxiety. Reiki supports wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

What is an Alignment session?
Alignment is a 60-minute Reiki session and the recommended place to begin at The Inner Blooming. It includes hands-on Reiki energy healing with chakra balancing, crystals and essential oils, adapted to your comfort.
Where is The Inner Blooming in Perth?
The Inner Blooming is in a private studio inside Ark Sports Club at 78 Goodwood Parade, Burswood WA 6100. Sessions are by appointment, Tuesday to Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 3pm.
What is Reiki, in plain terms?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy practice done while you rest fully clothed. Whatever your framework — energetic or simply deeply relaxing — the practical effect most clients report is the same: a settled nervous system, a quieter mind and a body that finally lets go.
Do I need to believe in Reiki for it to work?
No. You can arrive curious, sceptical or somewhere in between. Come in, rest, and notice how your body responds.
What should I wear?
Anything comfortable. You remain fully clothed for Reiki and sound sessions.
